As such, we are implementing many measures within our company:

  • Our staff has been teleworked for functions not essential to the proper functioning of the site
  • Our on-site staff are redistributed at the rate of one person per office to maintain the principle of social distancing
  • Our health protections have been distributed and the means (soap, gels, gloves, masks, etc.) and maintenance procedures

All these measures are taken with the aim of despite everything offering the best possible service to our customers for this period of crisis and for the end of the crisis.

Shipments from Deltrian Belgium are made on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

On request, we can always call back staff and organize special shipments on other days of the week including weekends for health-type emergencies such as calls from hospitals. We ask that you respect this definition of the degree of urgency to help us meet the need for containment.

All the necessary hygiene measures are taken for the preparation of your orders and all the protections are in place for the staff of our warehouses (masks, glasses, gel, soap, gloves, etc.)

Shipments from Slovakia will be insured every day, as planned.
