Rudolf collective vision
With a profound sense of responsibility, Rudolf designs and implements policies that foster a vibrant company culture aligned with our collective vision.
His dedication to overseeing operations and keeping our business on track is unparalleled.
Rudolf began his journey in July 2017 as a plant manager at Deltrian Slovakia, where he demonstrated his leadership skills and expertise in managing operations. He then progressed to the role of general manager for both Deltrian Slovakia and Deltrian Lithuania from September 2019 to October 2021, overseeing multiple departments and driving growth. As his career advanced, Rudolf served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) from October 2021 to December 2022, contributing to the strategic decision-making and operational excellence of the company.
Since January 1st, 2023, Rudolf has assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Fun fact about Deltrian
In September 2019, I had the opportunity to visit Lithuania for the first time, along with my boss – COO Bernard. Our purpose was to check out a prospective production plant. We embarked on a 300-kilometer journey from the vibrant capital city, Vilnius, to the quaint village of Mosedis in western Lithuania.
Upon reaching the plant, we were greeted by an old building situated quite a distance from the village. Standing in front of the door, my initial thought was, “What are we doing here? Are we in the right place?” Needless to say, my optimism wasn’t soaring at that moment.
However, we rolled up our sleeves, got to work, and began the process of repairing the building, cleaning the workshops, installing the first set of machinery, and hiring a plant manager along with new operators. Soon enough, production was up and running.
Fast forward four years, and I can proudly say that we discovered exceptional individuals and a wonderful location in Mosedis. Deltrian Lithuania has become an integral part of our operations process, thanks to the remarkable people and the contributions they make.
