  • 1.1 This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs any processing of your personal data by DELTRIAN, including notably your use of our website (www.deltrian.com (the “Website”)) or the provision of any of our Products or Services. This processing is undertaken by DELTRIAN (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
  • 1.2 The controller of your personal data is the company DELTRIAN (Deltrian International S.A.), registered under company number BE0440.089.790, with its registered office located in Rue de Berlaimont 21/A, 6220 Fleurus, Belgium. DELTRIAN pays particular attention to the respect of its obligations under applicable data protection laws, including without limiting to Regulation (UE) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regards to the processing of their personal data (“General Data Protection Regulation” or “GDPR”).
  • 1.3 By using the Website or agreeing to the provision of Products or Services, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy carefully and that you agree with it without reservation. DELTRIAN reserve the right to modify, change or amend the Privacy Policy at its own discretion and from time to time. Such modification, change or amendment shall be communicated via the Website. You declare that you understand the purpose(s) for which your personal data are processed. You agree that your continued use will be understood as continued consent. 2. What & why we process

  • 2.1 DELTRIAN processes the personal data that you have voluntarily shared with DELTRIAN, and navigation data related to access and use of the Website and Services.
  • 2.2 We collect your data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes, and it may not be subsequently processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes.
  • 2.3 When DELTRIAN acts on its own behalf, your personal data is mainly processed, without this list being exhaustive, for the following purposes:
    • 2.3.1 Recruitment management,
    • 2.3.2 Administrative and social management,
    • 2.3.3 Organization of our employees’ work,
    • 2.3.4 Financial management, treasury and taxation,
    • 2.3.5 Employee security,
    • 2.3.6 Provision of an internal directory and the necessary IT tools,

  • 2.4 This also includes Data that you communicate to DELTRIAN via the forms offered on the Website and via cookies placed by DELTRIAN or, more generally, by third-party services.
  • 2.5 The personal data that DELTRIAN processes mainly include the following:
    • 2.5.1 Identification data: name, first name
    • 2.5.2 Contact data: phone number, personal mail address, postal address
    • 2.5.3 Professional data: employer, function, job title, professional experiences
    • 2.5.4 Training data: formations, education
    • 2.5.5 (If necessary) Financial data: bank account, salary

3. To whom we share

  • 3.1 DELTRIAN may share your personal data only with the following categories of recipients:
    • 3.1.1 DELTRIAN’s relevant staff, employees, consultants, agents or contractors;
    • 3.1.2 Online storage and hosting provider;
    • 3.1.3 Duly authorized transport or other service providers necessary to provide the Products or Services;
    • 3.1.4 Affiliated companies;
    • 3.1.5 Regulatory, judicial or governmental authority duly authorized by applicable law;
  • 3.2 DELTRIAN may rely on third party processors to provide you the Website, Products and/or Services. DELTRIAN will ensure that third party processors are only allowed to process your personal data on behalf and upon written instruction from DELTRIAN. DELTRIAN warrants that all third-party processors are selected with due care and are trained to be aware of the safety and integrity of your personal data.
  • 3.3 DELTRIAN may send anonymized and/or aggregated data to other organizations that may use those data for improving Products and Services as well as tailor the marketing, displaying and selling of those goods and services.

4. Where we process

  • 4.1 DELTRIAN and its third-party processors will only process your personal data in the EEA. DELTRIAN may transfer your anonymized and/or aggregated data to organizations outside of the EEA. Should such transfer take place, DELTRIAN will ensure that there are appropriate safeguards in place to ensure the safety and integrity of your personal data as well as all rights with respect to personal data you might enjoy under applicable mandatory law.

5. How we process

  • 5.1 DELTRIAN will do its utmost best to process only those personal data which are necessary to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy. DELTRIAN will process your personal data in a lawful, fair and transparent manner and will do its utmost best to keep the personal data accurate and up to date.
  • 5.2 Your personal data are only processed for as long as needed to achieve the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy or up until such time where you withdraw your consent for processing them. Note that withdrawal of consent may imply that you can no longer access the whole or parts of the Website, Products and/or Services.   • 5.3 DELTRIAN will take the appropriate technical and organizational measures to keep your personal data safe from unauthorized access or theft as well as accidental loss, tampering or destruction. Access by our personnel or personnel of our third-party processors will only be on a “need-to-know” basis and subject to strict confidentiality obligations. You understand, however, that safety and security are best efforts obligations only which can never be guaranteed.

6. Your right

  • 6.1 As a data subject, you have the following rights under applicable data protection legislation, including GDPR:
    • 6.1.1 Right of access: you have the right to request access to all personal data processed by DELTRIAN pertaining to you. Subsequent requests for access addressed to us that are manifestly submitted for causing nuisance or harm to us, will not be dealt with.
      • 6.1.2 Right of rectification: you have the right to ask that any personal data pertaining to you that are inaccurate, are corrected free of charge. If a request for correction is submitted, such request shall be accompanied of proof of the flawed nature of the data for which correction is asked.
    • 6.1.3 Right to withdraw your consent: you have the right to withdraw your earlier given consent for processing of your personal data. You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email sent to the company (privacy) email address.
    • 6.1.4 Right of erasure: you have the right to request that personal data pertaining to you be deleted if they are no longer required in light of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy or if you withdraw your consent for processing them. However, you need to keep in mind that a request for deletion will be evaluated by us against legal or regulatory obligations or administrative or judicial orders which may contradict such deletion.
    • 6.1.5 Right of limitation: instead of deletion, you can also ask that we limit the processing of your personal data if and when (a) you contest the accuracy of that data, (b) the processing is illegitimate or (c) the data are no longer needed for the purposes listed but you need them to defend yourself in judicial proceedings.
    • 6.1.6 Right of opposition: you have the right to oppose the processing of personal data if you are able to prove that there are serious and justified reasons connected with these particular circumstances that warrant such opposition. However, if the intended processing qualifies as direct marketing, you have the right to oppose such processing free of charge and without justification.
    • 6.1.7 Right of portability: insofar as necessary, you also have the right to the portability of your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format under the conditions provided for by the applicable data protection law.
  • 6.2 If you wish to submit a request to exercise one or more of the rights listed above, you can send an e-mail to global@deltrian.com. Such request should clearly state which right you wish to exercise and the reasons for it if such is required. It should also be dated, signed and accompanied by a digitally scanned copy of your valid identity card proving your identity.
  • 6.3 We will promptly inform you of having received this request. If the request proves valid, we shall honour it as soon as reasonably possible and at the latest 30 days after having received the request, unless a longer period is required according to the circumstances of the case.
