Il y a six étapes à suivre pour garantir l&#8217;efficacité de filtration de votre masque et optimiser son utilisation.

<li>Lavez-vous les mains avec du savon ou du gel hydroalcoolique.</li>
<li>Clipsez un des deux côtés du masque avec les fixations prévues.</li>
<li>Retournez votre masque puis insérez l’alvéole filtrante à l’intérieur.</li>
<li>Placez le masque sur votre visage, il doit recouvrir le nez et le menton. Attachez le masque.</li>
<li>Lavez-vous les mains avec du savon ou du gel hydroalcoolique.</li>
<li>Ne touchez plus votre masque.</li>

Stérilisez le masque (sans filtre) avant la première utilisation et après chaque utilisation !
Si vous portez le masque pour une longue durée, pensez à changer la capsule filtrante au bout de 8 heures.
Il existe plusieurs manières de stériliser :

<li>À 75°C +/-5°C au four durant 1h, à mi-hauteur (ne pas mettre la fonction grill ou chaleur tournante).</li>
<li>À 75°C +/-5°C en autoclave.</li>
<li>Durant 5 minutes dans une eau portée à ébullition./li&gt;</li>
<li>Durant 15 minutes dans de l’eau froide avec une pastille d’hypochlorite de soude (pastille de stérilisation pour les tétines et biberons).</li>
<li>Dans une pochette de stérilisation micro-onde avec 120ml d’eau (disponible en pharmacie ou rayon puériculture) : 5 minutes à 500-750W / 3 minutes à 800-1100W / 90 secondes à plus de 1100W.</li>

IMPORTANT : se laver soigneusement les mains après le contact avec le masque utilisé et avant le contact avec le masque propre. Ne pas toucher le visage en mettant et en retirant le masque.
