Key Responsibilities

  • Serving as the interface between account managers, clients, and the internal team.
  • Managing “internal sales activity” in all its dimensions.
  • Enhancing the group’s reputation and developing a positive image among all internal and external stakeholders.

Skills

  • Commercial support for Account Managers and the Internal Sales Representative in France, with whom they form a trio.
  • Regular communication with their hierarchy, Account Managers, and their Internal Sales Representative partner.
  • Knowledge of their client portfolio.
  • Translating requests into quotes in the ERP.
  • Ensuring compliance with client specifications.
  • Knowledge of the products sold by their department and keeping abreast of technical and commercial changes and developments.
  • In terms of team cohesion, assisting and supporting each of their direct collaborators.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Results-oriented and client satisfaction-oriented.

Training provided

  • Negotiation and customer relations diploma or professional diploma or professional experience with a commercial focus.

Compensation

  • Monthly base salary at the SMIC 35 H rate
