Deltrian International continues its sustainable transition by strengthening the commitments already presented in the 2023 CSR report. The indicators presented here are based on the 2023 perimeter, corresponding to the number of subsidiaries and operational sites at that time. Figures may be adjusted as the Group evolves and new certifications are achieved. This 2024 report integrates recent policies and initiatives, illustrating both the continuity and the progress of our sustainability journey.

Integrity Alert Line – Updated in 2024

In line with the EU Whistleblowing Directive and the GDPR, Deltrian has implemented a secure and confidential Integrity Alert Line. This channel allows employees, suppliers, and partners to report ethical concerns or breaches anonymously and without fear of retaliation.

  • Reports are acknowledged within 7 working days and investigated within 30 days by the Compliance Officer and the Legal Department.
  • Each subsidiary has appointed a local ethics contact person to ensure equal treatment and confidentiality.
  • All incidents are recorded, analyzed, and reviewed for continuous improvement.

Building on the solid foundations laid in 2024, Deltrian will continue to strengthen its sustainability performance across all subsidiaries.

Our roadmap for the coming years is clear: to further reduce our environmental footprint while enhancing transparency, innovation, and social responsibility.

Key focus areas will include:

  • Completing the Scope 3 carbon footprint assessment across all production sites.
  • Increasing the share of renewable energy and improving energy efficiency.
  • Expanding CSR, ethics, and cybersecurity training to reach 100% of employees.
  • Extending the Responsible Purchasing Charter to all strategic suppliers.
  • Promoting well-being, diversity, and inclusion at every level of the Group.
