Toepassing

DDB-filters zijn gemaakt van polyethyleen en zijn uitermate geschikt voor zware industriële toepassingen.

Application areas

Deltrian België Deep Bed (DDB) moleculaire filters zijn cilindrische units van hogedichtheidpolyethyleen (PE-HD) die zijn ontworpen voor de adsorptie en neutralisatie van corrosieve, giftige of geurige gassen.

Dankzij hun monoblokstructuur, hun hoge chemische bestendigheid en hun UV-bestendigheid zijn ze bijzonder geschikt voor buiteninstallaties en veeleisende industriële omgevingen.

Elke eenheid kan worden gevuld met een adsorbent dat is geselecteerd op basis van de te verwijderen verontreiniging: actieve kool, met aluminiumoxide geïmpregneerd medium of katalytisch medium.

  • Corrosieve en geurige gassen (H₂S, mercaptanen)
  • Ammoniak (NH₃)
  • Aldehyden (formaldehyde)
  • Vluchtige organische stoffen (VOS, lichte oplosmiddelen)
  • Industriële emissies en chemische processen

-> Debieten van 100 tot 8.500 m³/u

Beschikbare opties: ventilator, motor-/ventilatorsokkel, akoestische behuizing, schoorsteen, regenkap, leidingnetwerk/aansluitingen, kijkvenster, openings voor bemonstering van het medium, uitvoering in PP
Mogelijkheid om een ATEX-ventilator toe te voegen
